I definitely should start with 'I have a problem shopping for good quality clothes at super cheap prices' and my husband would tell you that every word of that is true. When I go to consignment stores, yard sales, or even department stores and see a sale that is great, I am hooked!
Consignments stores are a diamond in the ruff if you find the good ones. They don't take clothes with holes or stains and when you buy from these stores, it is like buying new. Yard sales can be good and it is like treasure hunting, when you find the good ones it is like striking gold. And department stores are my favorite when you get a good sale and a buyer incentive (like free shipping or a percentage off) and you add that with a coupon... EXCITMENT!!
Then after months of your shopping for good deal addiction, you end up like me with tubs full of boys clothing that has to be sorted and separated for sizes and seasons. Depending on how over the top you are, you can make this a simple or hard process. I usually completely pull everything out of the closet and sort through to put back what will work for the upcoming season and separate all the small things for consignment or donation.
I pull everything out of the dresser and continue the steps.
After a few days, I have finished sorting through my tubs of clothes
and getting a list made of things I need ready for consigning.
I was happy to see that I only have a few things to get, and got all of it
at the local consignment sale. Only thing left was school shoes, which we picked
out and ordered online. Back to school: Ready and Check!
