I just started back to work full time, and after a long day, I came
home to realize that I hadn't set anything out for dinner.
I am currently working on putting together a class for freezer
meals, but haven't completely got it ready to go yet.
So, one of my 'staple' pantry items is
always 100% Whole Wheat pasta and
frozen veggies. With me wondering what I was going to do, I went
to my pantry and pulled out linguine pasta, prego alfredo sauce,
steamed some broccoli and baked some rolls. Obviously, you could
add some shrimp, or chicken, or some frozen veggies to this.
But.... WALA! Simple. Easy. Quick. Dinner.
